  • Expertise in exposing & cataloguing photos of scientific research on millets
  • Coverage of all Institutional activities like seminars, trainings, field days and visitors
  • Contribution of photos for publications
  • Designing of Cover designs, pamphlets, posters & banners
  • Oversee Updating of Website and intranet
  • Liaison with publishers and printers for printing publication such as Institution Awards, Annual Report, Jowar Samachar, Proceedings of various seminars and meetings, IIMR Happenings etc.
  • Perform duties as “In charge Administrative Officer” whenever regular Administrative Officer is on leave
  • Member of various institutional committees
